It’s only around 10 weeks old but 2023 has already been a busy year for us. In addition to planning for Seatrade Cruise Global, we’ve also created a follow-up to our ‘Have your say…’ feature. We have previewed it across our social media channels but today we take a closer look, asking: What are some of the most innovative elements in cruise right now? It is time for ‘Questions of today with theICEway’.

Between providing IT services, IT support and IT solutions, our team is always kept busy. But we are keen to innovate, and in order to do that we always try to stay on top of the latest trends. We often engage in insightful conversations with our clients, partners and peers. We regularly attend events such as STC Global 2023* and we’re always reading updates and reports. In recent months we have actively decided to conduct our own research. Our mission is to gather data on key topics that will ultimately help us to further develop our own offering. More than that though, it will enable us to give something back to the communities that are most important to us. These include IT and the cruise industry, with the latter in particular facing numerous issues today.
Through surveys such as the first two we have created, we can generate targeted results. These can be used to draw conclusions and then potentially to make important decisions. Not just for us, but also for the aforementioned IT and cruise industries as a whole. Our surveys will always have full anonymity and the overall findings will hopefully prove to be beneficial.
