Written by Asa Sargeant | 01/09/22 15:37

In just under two weeks’ time, Seatrade Cruise Med 2022 is due to take place. Malaga’s Trade Fairs and Congress Center is the venue, with professionals from more than 45 cruise lines set to attend.

Why Attend STC Med?

For many, this event represents their first opportunity to reconnect with cruise industry peers. Just as important is the chance to discuss the biggest trends affecting the sector, with a theme of ‘Steering Change Together’ to embrace. The 2022 conference programme and Showcase Deck are both set to feature multi-track sessions on the latest updates for ports & destinations.

Attendees will also be able to discover new opportunities when meeting with suppliers. They can attempt to build partnerships and perhaps rekindle ties with returning exhibitors. The brand new ‘Destination Discovery Zone’ also promises to be an exciting feature of the event. Here you can learn all about exotic areas such as India, Montenegro and Venezuela.

Networking

Seatrade Cruise events are renowned for their amazing networking receptions and STC Med 2022 will be no different. For one, there are the Seatrade Cruise Awards 2022 to enjoy. Along with that, the highly anticipated, invite-only Commanders’ Club plus Sail Away Party are not to be missed.

This prominent cruise event promises to be one to remember, with well-known brands coming together to share insights. Join the likes of TUI Cruises, Celestyal Cruises, MSC Cruises and Viking Cruises for a 2 day celebration of all things cruise-related. STC Med is the largest B2B conference and exhibition serving the Mediterranean and its adjoining seas. In fact, it is currently the only one, and you can experience it on 14-15 September.

You can also meet members of theICEway team, including Seatrade Cruise Technology Ambassador Ian Richardson. One of our co-founders, Ian is a genuine fountain of knowledge when it comes to cruise and IT.
