Bertie Trevis, in his role as Consultancy Manager here at ICE, has spearheaded a number of projects alongside tour operators and travel agencies. 

For some, he and the team have been tasked with recommending CRM systems and for others, he has helped bridge technology gaps when their own resources have required support.
