Today we look at another of theICEway’s core pillars. ICE Support Ltd. was established in 2007 as an MSP and technology consultancy in the UK. Over the next 15 years we grew our IT offering to include, amongst others, cloud strategy and application managed services.
Back in the late 2000’s, the IT playing field was extremely different. Google was still evolving at a rapid pace and social media was a newly emerging force. Internet connectivity wasn’t quite what it is today.
Our IT experts predominantly offered managed services and tech consultancy services. Our mission was to provide quality, with a strong emphasis on people and innovation. That remains the same to this day, with integrity and security by design underpinning everything we do.
As digital transformation accelerated, we then evolved to provide robust application managed services (AMS). We added eTestware and then CRIBB Cyber Security into the mix, thus creating theICEway.
A collection of specialist IT brands, theICEway developed into a true tech force within industries including cruise, travel and healthcare. We support major brands across each of those verticals, helping them to embrace the digital age.
Our application managed service offering sees us working with your management and IT teams. The objective is to deliver a successful IT service to your users. We adapt our approach to fully meet your needs, whether that means full management or support. We then work diligently alongside your internal IT teams to identify service support gaps.
