Hello and welcome to our monthly newsletter, ICEbreaker from ICE, the travel technology consultants.
This month’s highlights include windowless planes, deep sea data, DevOps and a man sacked by machine.
Lately we have been thinking a lot about the difference between Managed Service and IT support so have started a series of blog posts on our Innovation Hub which is worth a look. Read the first one HERE.
We also enjoyed the TTI Summer Forum, ‘It’s all about blockchain’ and the TTE Start-Up Summit at IBM’s London HQ. Meanwhile, we’re happy that our CRIBB Cyber Security collaboration with KVH on Cyber Security at Sea’ has been winning lots of awards and accreditations.
Needless to say it’s been a busy month in the world of ICE. We ran our first discovery workshops in New York for Lindblad Expeditions’ major transformation project. It promises to be an exciting year ahead as Lindblad embarks on this epic expedition with our consultancy team. We’ll have more exciting news to share next month.
Until then,
Ian Richardson (Richie) and Conor Byrne
