Having won the government contract to operate a portion of the ferry business up and down the Norwegian coastline, they are now well underway building 4 brand new ships ready for launch in 2021. With such a short timeline, ICE have been brought in to assist them with on-board and shore side system selection and to help deliver the project on time. In order to do this, ICE has assigned a range of industry experts to make the project happen.

We are very excited to be working with Havila in their new venture, and we very much look forward to working with them for many years to come.

With over twenty years' worth of experience in the cruise industry, we are in a prime position to help deliver the right results for Havila alongside their fantastic team.

Along with eTestware and CRIBB Cyber Security, ICE completes theICEway ecosystem of companies started by Ian Richardson and Conor Byrne and featuring a wealth of IT specialists who have worked diligently in cruise for more than two decades. In all that time we have used our combined expertise to create a number of digital solutions specifically designed to assist the industry as it continues to go from strength to strength. We can help with consultancy, managed cloud services, rapid development and so much more, using our ICE Innovation arm to develop cutting-edge products aimed at tackling some of the issues faced on a daily basis.

Our headquarters is here in the UK, in Welwyn Garden City, and although we look at ourselves as a local company, we have managed to establish a global reach with additional offices located throughout Europe, in Australia and also in the US (in Miami, as of 2020).
