This BBC News story revealed the latest cyber-attack against a well-known brand. Designed to help stem bleeding from stab wounds, ‘Rapid Emergency Actuating Tamponade’ inflates a silicone balloon into wounds. As well as the award, Mr Bentley also received £2,000 towards developing his concept. If it does succeed, that will be money well spent.
