That does not mean it can be fully achieved via IT knowledge alone, however. Rather, tech skills are complimented by an experienced Project Management Office (PMO). We provide structured Response Service Level Agreements with clearly-defined resolution targets and a tiered priority level:

2 & 3 = We are required to respond during business hours
Priority 4 = Responses arrive within business hours, this tier includes standard requests such as adding new users
