Today we take a look at one of theICEway’s core pillars: Cloud strategy. Having been established 15 years ago as a UK Managed Service Provider (MSP), we have expanded our IT offering. Those of you interested in us but unfamiliar with our story or evolution, are in for a treat…!

ICE: MSP & Tech Consultancy

In 2007, Ian Richardson and Conor Byrne joined together to form ICE Support Ltd. The pair spent years in (predominantly) IT for cruise and healthcare respectively. They felt that their skills combined could offer much in the technology space. Starting out as an MSP and technology consultancy, they gradually grew their team and the brand.

IT is a fast-paced world full of change and so it is vital to keep moving with the times. Agility and the willingness to evolve are crucial qualities to have if you are going to forge a successful career in tech. Fortunately, everybody at ICE Support Ltd. had these qualities and so it was that ICE developed into theICEway ecosystem.

TheICEway: End-To-End Digital Solutions Provider

The fledgling ecosystem was born with the addition of eTestware in 2014. An Estonian-based software testing company, eTestware and its people were quick to bolster ICE’s digital offering. Now, it was possible for our IT experts to introduce Quality Assurance (QA) into their efforts.

Then came CRIBB Cyber Security in 2016 to add further momentum. ICE and then theICEway had always injected IT security elements into projects. Now they could do so on a much deeper level.
