ICE are pleased to announce a successful two days at the CLIA River Cruise Show as a proud sponsor. The event saw the ICE team gauge what the river cruise industry has to offer along the canals of Amsterdam for the show’s 4th annual conference.

ICE Co-Founder and CEO, Ian Richardson, said, “the event is an excellent opportunity for us, as our expertise and experience in the tourism and travel technology field means that we really have something to offer to the river cruise industry.” The event attracts river cruise operators across the UK and Ireland and draws around 300 delegates.

Co-Founder and Director, Conor Byrne, also spoke about the event, saying “it’s a great way for us to extend our knowledge of the river cruise industry in particular, but also allows us to increase our knowledge of the travel industry as a whole.”

Held on the 16th to the 17th November, the first day consisted of a trade show and conference to allow delegates to create invaluable connections with others in the industry. The second day allowed attendees to visit the river cruises offered by many of the companies sailing the rivers of Europe and beyond. With the extensive expertise that ICE have gained over the years within the cruise industry, the CLIA River Cruise Show proved to be an exciting event for the ICE team.
