As March draws towards its end, theICEway team is thinking more and more about an upcoming cruise event. The upcoming cruise event, actually; that’s right, Seatrade Cruise Global 2022 is near! Today we preview what is sure to be the best edition yet of this ever-popular cruise gathering.

“Finally… STC Global Is Back In Miami!”
It has been almost 3 years since the international cruise community last amassed in the Miami Beach Convention Centre. This year’s edition will allow everyone to make up for lost time whilst meeting new exhibitors and experiencing some fantastic new attractions.
As well as the conference itself, highlights will include the Interactive Technology Zone from theICEway (more below) and also another new feature: The New Matchmaking Service.
This will allow attendees to really maximise their time and overall experience. Set meetings up in advance using Seatrade Cruise’s new matchmaking tool. Search for cruise contacts using automatic suggestions or by job title, company, sector or business type.
Then it will be on to STC Global’s dedicated matchmaking lounge, complete with concierge service!
The Interactive Technology Zone From TheICEway
In partnership with Seatrade Cruise, our IT gurus have masterminded this exciting new feature for the show floor. Here attendees will be given the opportunity to experience an engaging, educational and fully interactive area. They will learn about cutting-edge technology in an innovative IT playground, featuring:
- VR Headsets- Emotion Recognition Technology
- Dynamic Digital Displays
- AR for Crew Training
Promising even more than these amazing features, the interactive tech zone is also going to house a new app prototyping workshop. This will run throughout the entire event and allow people the chance to bring their ideas to life.
The weather seems to be turning nice again and Seatrade Cruise Global 2022 is near. Things are certainly looking up then!
