Are you a technical architect with experience of Versonix Seaware?

theICEway are the leading manage service provider to the cruise and travel industry and we are looking for experts in supporting Versonix Seaware infrastructure to work with our expanding cloud team with the following skills:

  • Deep understanding of the Seaware application and associated infrastructure requirements.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cloud computing technologies including AWS, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
  • Technical experience in infrastructure design including private and public cloud, networking, virtualization, identity, security, and containerization.
  • Understanding of how to build resilient, scalable, and robust multi-site architectures.
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and OSS technologies.
  • Experience with configuration management and Automation technologies such as PowerShell, DSC, Chef, ARM templates, CloudBuild and Puppet.
  • Experience with deploying and managing the infrastructure for databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.
  • Working knowledge with AGILE development, SCRUM, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), with one or more of the following programming languages: PowerShell, Bash, .NET, C++, Java, JSON, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby on Rails.

Contact Centre Manager Vacancy

Key duties for this role include:

  • Manage overall operations of the contact centre
  • Work closely with the team, motivating them, and coaching them
  • Monitor individual, team and call centre results to identify and act on both the positive and negative performance trends
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver levels of team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies. 
  • Resolving difficult escalated customer scenarios
  • Escalate any appropriate problems to the Head of Operations
